I am starting full moon meditations. The Full Moon is the ideal time to let go, to release. We really do hold on to a lot. It is not until you start letting go that you realise how much there actually was which was weighing you down.

For me letting go means that I have the space for something else to come in. It means my soul has experienced what it needed to from that experience. I can continue in this journey of life.
I know that letting go and release is not easy for everyone. A lot of people find security in holding on to things – physical things and situations. But what about when those situations are no longer beneficial for you? What about when it is affecting your well-being? What about when it is truly time to let go? This is when you must remember your strength and courage. You will be ok.
You can let go, release and come through stronger…

…nature shows us that we can let go…
Nature allows us to see release… in the autumn the leaves change colour and fall – showing us an act of release. Flowers lose their petals and move on to their next stage. Life is a continual journey of change, transition, growth and endings. In all of this there is release, there is letting go.
Every month, we are given the opportunity to let go in the form of the Full Moon. The fullness of the moon gives us the chance to give up what we need to it. We can give the moon what we no longer need… we can let it go.
Let’s do this together. Every full moon, I will be teaching a meditation class. We will let go, release and also have a gentle meditation topic to focus on. I will guide you to your inner self, your soul-self and help you understand what your soul is telling you. I will be on hand for extra guidance should you need it. These meditation classes will be over the online platform of Zoom – an extremely user-friendly video platform where you will be able to see and hear me.
