Oh wonderful souls, I have a new e-class on Skillshare.
It is very dear to my heart and relates to this website change of bindishah.com. If you have been following me over the years, you’ll know that my company is called Anamaya. This was also my website name until 2 years ago. I made a change 2 years ago and started using my name, Bindi Shah, as the website.
During the rebranding process, I looked strongly at what my business is about and who I truly am. Running my own business means that my values and beliefs can be heard, which I feel very privileged to be able to do. As I started considering using my name, I realised that I had to delve deeper in the meaning of Bindi Shah. I knew bits and I went further with the true essence of my name.
Shah has a royal meaning with two ancient origins. The ancient Persian Xsayathiya or king and the ancient Sanskirt Ksatriya or warrior. So Shah means Empress for me.
Bindi is the point of concentration, it is the source of inner awareness and what we call the third eye. The inner, all-knowing eye. It is a name completed suited to the soul guide I have become. I decided to use Bindi Shah as my new brand and website and to live up to my name:
…the empress of inner awareness…
Since the decision to start using Bindi Shah, I have been looking at names deeper and seeing how they add to people’s lives. Our names are our identity in this world. They are the sounds we hear growing up and the way in which others connect to us.
This has led to the creation of the Claim Your Name skillshare class, which I am so excited to share with you: Claim Your Name e-class
I am already seeing a change in the way I give out to the world in using my name and more importantly living up to my name. I wonder what the meaning and story of your name will uncover for you. Will you change aspects of your life so that you can also live up to your name?
I also have a wonderful Facebook group with participants of all my classes, so we can discuss your name and realisations in detail there. I love connecting to you.
Much love, Bindi x
